I did my report about flowers. My mother likes to grow flowers in her garden and I learned that flowers are very interesting. Did you know that the largest flower is one meter across and weighs 16 kilos? My mother doesn't have flowers like that in her garden!
There are very small flowers, too. The smallest flower is very small : it's smaller than a grain of sand! Isn't that crazy?
Some flowers grow really fast. The fastest plant with flowers grew 25 centimeters in one day.
Sometimes it takes a long time to grow flowers. One plant takes more than 80 years, sometimes 150 years, to grow one flower!
